Venison Tenderloin Medallions
This Venison Tenderloin Medallions recipe is flavorful and delicious. It’s an easy meal to throw together so let’s get started!
Venison tenderloin - Lay out your tenderloin and pat it dry. Remove silver skin from tenderloin.
Marinade
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of seasoning
Mix Worcestershire sauce, Olive oil and Your favorite meat seasoning (we use Andy Roos) into a measuring cup
Coat with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Go very light on any salt, it tends to dry out the meat. Let meat marinate for 2-4 hours.
Place on the grill and turn a few times.
Grill until internal temperature is 125°.
Cut into medallions, serve with Strawberry Salad, fresh baked bread and enjoy!
